What we’ll shift 1

From AI adoption to real change

You already have AI tools. Are your people using them? Is the way they work changing? Is it changing the company?

Changing a company with AI doesn’t rest on tools alone, or on people alone. I know how to connect the two.

Top-down strategy, bottom-up energy.

Top-down: bringing AI into the company
I help you figure out how to bring people into your AI strategy and move both them and the company up a level. As a mentor, trainer, and consultant, I guide the leaders who drive adoption in your company.
Bottom-up: AI in the everyday work of people and teams
I work with teams to find what AI can do for them and how they can change the way they work. I build the tools with them right away: prompts, workflows, integrations, and agents.

Who it’s for: Management, transformation teams, HR, IT, division heads, and team leads.

What we’ll shift 2

People connected around learning, change, and your brand

How do you get people to take part in your initiative, put their energy into it, and still get something out of it themselves?

Inside the company: people development and internal change
People learn from one another, in-house experts pass on what they know, internal ambassadors spread change, and the culture thrives thanks to a connected network.
Outside the company: brand, product, supporters
People who really get something out of your initiatives build a deep relationship with your brand, product, or mission through networks and communities, and they speak well of you to others.

Who it’s for: Marketing, HR, internal communications, change program owners, nonprofits, and foundations.

Alongside this, I build ecosystems and networks that stay with the organization as a lasting structure: ambassador programs, communities of practice, and communities around products and brands.

How we can work together

Solution design

I design the solution and the plan for putting it in place. I can also get involved in selecting and preparing the people who will work with it, or implement the solution myself as part of your team.

Consulting and mentoring

We work together one-on-one or in a small group on whatever you’re dealing with right now. It can be mentoring, consulting, or a series of sessions where we figure out together how to move forward on your problem, or where I simply teach you how it’s done.

Workshops

From two hours to several days of interactive work together, in person or online. We take a group of up to 15 people through practical steps toward new initiatives, attitudes, and skills.

Talks and keynotes

Webinars, presentations, and keynotes for larger groups. A talk packed with experience and inspiration that gives your people energy and leaves them with an idea they can’t shake.

Part of your team

When you need someone to lead change from the inside and for the long term, I can join your team, including in a permanent role.

I ground my work in practice and in a synthesis of different approaches, which lets us see around corners together. Clients also value my human, no-BS approach and my ability to gain deep insight into a subject. Still, I always aim to get us to your goal by the most direct route.

Let’s talk about how I can help, no strings attached

Selected workshops and courses

AI Powered

Workshop or one-on-one work

You already have AI, but you’re not using it the way you could: your people are missing the what and the how. Working with your team or with you one-on-one, we’ll find what AI can do for you in your actual work and build the first tools right away, even AI agents if you like. In human terms, not technical ones.

AI adoption for change leaders

One-day workshop for those bringing AI into their company

You have the licenses, but only some of your people use AI regularly. In this workshop for AI adoption leaders, we’ll look at why the others stay on the sidelines and put together a plan to get the whole company working with AI, from leadership down to individual teams.

Managing remote teams

Workshop for managers of teams that work remotely or in a hybrid setup

In a team whose members don’t see each other every day, a manager can’t keep an eye on everything. I’ll show you how to lead such a team so that people take ownership themselves, stay aligned with each other and with the company’s goals and strategy, and communicate and collaborate effectively even at a distance.

Change and development through internal networks

For those responsible for people’s learning, development, and engagement

People learn most from each other and accept change sooner from a colleague than from a slide deck. In the workshop, we’ll work out how your company can build expert networks, peer-learning communities, and an internal ambassador program that helps push through change, development, and innovation.

Lovebrand and getting human networks involved

For marketing and nonprofits

You can buy reach, not a relationship. I’ll show you how to bring people together around your company, product, or mission so that they get involved in your initiatives, start talking about you, and bring others along. I’ll also show you how to tap into communities and networks that already exist.

Imagination: Seeing things differently

Inspiring session for teams

Imagination is a key skill of our time. In the session, we’ll look at the world, at work, and at ourselves from a new angle, in a playful and gentle way.

Daniel Franc

Daniel Franc, MSA

I’m a practitioner with a background in both technology and the social sciences, and throughout my career I’ve connected the worlds of people and technology. For the third time now, I’m helping people make full use of a new wave of technology: in the early days of the internet it was online learning, then mobile and cloud tools for developers during 13 years at Google, and now AI for companies and teams.

I helped start Google Developer Groups, a learning network for nearly a million developers, and for six of those 13 years at Google I worked as a Global Program Manager.

As a consultant, facilitator, and guide for management teams, I help organizations with projects that rely on people: introducing AI and other technologies, change within companies, developing people and teams, and bringing people together around a brand. My current main client is Česká spořitelna. For its brand, I launched a community program against fraud; in L&D, I connected people for internal learning; and since October I’ve been working with its marketing teams on AI adoption.

I’ve led people, programs, and projects in person and remotely for 25 years, and I pass this experience on to managers too: I teach them to lead teams in which people take ownership themselves, even when they don’t see each other every day.

I’m among the first to try new technologies, and I build my own agentic AI system and tools. In my free time I do drone photography: my photographs have won international awards and been published in National Geographic.
